Why fleets and drivers choose T&T

Cadence per unit, not per fleet

An older truck running long hauls needs a different cadence than a five-year-old day-cab on regional work. We build the schedule per truck.

DOT-ready inspection notes

Every PM produces a documented inspection — brake measurements, lighting, structural notes — emailed to your ops inbox within 24 hours.

We see issues before you do

Trend lines per unit (Fullbay tracks our work history) tell us when a truck is showing wear you haven't noticed yet. We surface it instead of waiting for the next failure.

Frequently asked

How often should my truck come in for PM?
Standard heavy-duty intervals run on a schedule of A (basic — oil, lights, tires, lube), B (A + filters, brake check), and C (B + driveline, deeper inspection). Mileage triggers vary by engine and duty cycle. We'll set the cadence per unit when you start.
Do you handle the federal annual inspection?
We perform the inspection work; depending on what your jurisdiction requires for the actual signed certification, we may handle it directly or coordinate with a qualified inspector. Call us with your situation and we'll tell you straight.
What's the difference between A, B, and C service?
A is the routine — oil, lube, lights, tires. B adds the filters and a deeper brake check. C is the most thorough — driveline service, hub seals, in-depth inspection. Most fleets run As frequently and B/C on annual or mileage triggers.
Can you bill PM to a corporate account?
Yes. Direct-bill accounts on 30-day terms. We set up the P.O. process up-front so PM invoicing is clean and predictable.
Do you handle fluid analysis?
We pull samples and send them to an analysis lab on request. Trend data on engine oil and coolant tells you a lot about what's coming — useful for pre-purchase decisions and high-hour fleet trucks.
